Curanobis is designed to bring a maximum flexibility and freedom in the care process.

This implies that Care Recipients and Care Professionals organise their own care and that some crucial tasks/verifications are to accomplish by users directly.

When Care Recipients and Care Professionals engage through Curanobis, they agree to specific terms and conditions. They are under contract with Curanobis, which protects their interests. However Curanobis, as a care booking platform, does not interfere in the care itself, nor is responsible for the outcome of the care, the Care professionals selected by the Care recipient, or the care conditions at the Care recipient's home.

However, as your partner in the care, we want to safeguard your interests and wish to emphasise on a few points to bear in mind

  • For Care Recipients

    If you are a Care Recipient, please keep in mind the following:

    • Curanobis is an online care booking system whereby care sessions are prepaid by Care Recipients. Care Recipients are responsible for their choices of Care Professionals. Please go through each profile available carefully before making your choice. Likewise, Curanobis will not be held responsible in the event your Care Professional does not show up for a care session. To avoid such stressful moments, we have implemented specific measures that should prevent such situations from happening. However, if such in sittuation happens please inform us at contact@curanobis.com.
    • Always verify your Care Professional particulars (ID card and qualifications) upon arrival and before the care starts. They must match their profile you selected online.
    • Please call immediately the appropriate emergency services of your location if any emergency occurs during a care session. Only once everything is sorted and under control, you may inform us. Curanobis is not a hotline, nor an emergency service.
    • Do not accept any change to the timing of your booking directly from your selected Care professional. Likewise, do not accept any change in the price of a care session directly from your Care Professional and please inform us immediately if your selected Care Professional is asking you to do so. Care sessions prices are fixed in advance and include everything, including taxes and transportation costs. Please note that once a Care Professional has agreed to a particular shift, he/she is legally bonded, which implies that no more changes can be made with regards to the booking without informing Curanobis.
    • The payment of Care Professionals is released only at the end of the care session and once both the Care Recipient and the Care Professional have logged back online to fill up the relevant feedback form and confirmed that the care is done. A penalty fee is charged in the event a party fails to log back to Curanobis within 24 hours.
    • During a care session, Care Recipient's Representatives must remain contactable by the Care Professional at all times in case explanations or questions arise.
  • For Care Professionals

    If you are a Care Professional, please keep in mind the following:

    • Call immediately the relevant emergency services of your location. Only then, once the situation is under control, you may inform us. Curanobis is not a hotline, nor an emergency service :
      • If your client’s condition requires more attention than your qualifications and/or license allow you to manage;
      • If anything goes wrong during your care session and/or if any event that could cause any harm to your Care Recipient.
    • Please do not accept any changes in the booking, the timing or the price of your care session. You must inform us immediately at contact@curanobis.com if your Care Recipient is asking you to do so. Care sessions prices are fixed in advance and include everything, including taxes and transportation costs. Please note that once a Care Recipient or a Corporate Client has booked a particular session, he/she is legally bonded which implies that no more changes can be made with regards to the booking without informing Curanobis. Penalty fees may be charged in case of last minute cancellation or rebooking.
    • In the event your Care Recipients and/or Corporate Clients are satisfied with your performance and want you to come back for other care sessions, always ask them to book their new care sessions online. Your interests are then safe-guarded as there is a legal proof that the booking has been done and your payment is guarantied. Kindly refer to our terms and conditions for more details.
  • For Corporate Clients

    If you are a Corporate Client, please keep in mind the following:

    • Curanobis is a online care booking system whereby care sessions are prepaid by Care Recipients. Corporate Clients are responsible for their choices of Care Professionals. Please go through each profile available carefully before making your choice. Likewise, Curanobis cannot be held responsible in the event your Care Professional does not show up for a care session. To avoid such stressful moments, we implemented specific measures that should prevent such situations to happen. However, kindly inform us in the event such situation were to happen at contact@curanobis.com.
